Terms & conditions.

1. Quotation and scope

Pricing covers only the work and materials listed in the accepted quotation. Any variation, extra work or unforeseen condition must be agreed and may be charged separately. Online estimates are guides only and are not binding quotations.

2. Payment schedule

1. 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
2. 30% is payable at the end of the first day work starts.
3. The remaining 50% is payable when the agreed work is completed.

Materials and booking dates are not secured until the deposit has cleared.

3. Site access and utilities

The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Electricity and water required for the work are to be supplied by the client at the site unless agreed otherwise.

4. Permits and approvals

Unless specifically included in writing, council permits, building permits, engineering, neighbour approvals and owners corporation approvals must be obtained and paid for by the client before work starts.

5. Underground services

The client must disclose known underground and concealed services, including water, gas, electricity, drainage, irrigation and communications. We take reasonable care, but are not responsible for damage to unknown, incorrectly marked or undisclosed services. Service locating can be arranged as an additional cost.

6. Delays and site conditions

Weather, unsafe conditions, supplier delays, restricted access, rock, buried waste, unstable soil or other unforeseen conditions may affect timing and cost. We will notify the client when a variation is required.

7. Photos and promotion

With the property owner’s consent, project photos or videos may be taken for work records and business promotion. Personal information, house numbers and identifying details will not be intentionally published.

8. Ownership and acceptance

Materials remain the property of Evergreen Exteriors Care until paid in full. Paying the deposit or confirming acceptance in writing means the client accepts the quotation and its terms.
