All rates below are per linear metre and exclude GST. Final pricing is confirmed after the length, access, ground conditions, removal requirements and selected finish are checked.
1.8m fence without capping
With 150mm plinth: $105/m + GST.
With one 200mm sleeper: $110/m + GST.
With two 200mm sleepers: $120/m + GST.
1.8m fence with capping
With 150mm plinth: $110/m + GST.
With one 200mm sleeper: $115/m + GST.
With two 200mm sleepers: $125/m + GST.
Height and quotation options
A 2.1m paling upgrade adds $12/m + GST to the selected option.
Old-fence removal, gates, difficult access and other site-specific work are confirmed separately in the quotation.

Should I choose a plinth or a sleeper?
The suitable base depends on the boundary level, ground contact, drainage, appearance and how much separation is required below the palings. Site conditions are checked before the option is confirmed.
Can Evergreen remove the old fence?
Yes, old-fence removal and disposal can be included when requested. It is priced separately after the fence type, access and disposal scope are checked.
